Younger Driver Accidents 1997: The National
Roads Authority produced a report on Young Driver Accidents in 1997. This
was done to get the Motor Insurance Advisory Committee information that
they could not get elsewhere. The report has some good information and
you can read the press release from the campaign in response to some of
its findings.
