MIAB REPORT LEAKED The first sight of the MIAB report has caused quite a stir with the insurance industry and in particular the legal industry getting a lashing for "Failing to become lean and keen" . Dorothea Dowling who chaired the Board is quoted in the Examiner as saying, "Nobody has been watching them and taking account. And if nobody is watching them, they do what they want and get away with it". Here eere Dorothea and so say all of us !!.
